We review terms before you sign, handle payment claims and variations, and support you through disputes to protect your position. With a mix of quantity surveying and contract management expertise, we keep your projects compliant, cash flow secure, and risks under control.

We work on a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects including new builds, renovations and multi-unit developments, as well as specialised subcontractor packages such as carpentry, flooring, landscaping, and joinery.

We’re based in Melbourne but work with clients all over Australia. Everything we do can be done remotely with email, phone, and shared documents.

We prepare clear, well-substantiated claims and variations that builders can’t easily reject, and if they still push back, we help you respond formally under the Contract and SOPA and even go to adjudication. Its important to be SOPA-compliant in submission of claims and variations as you have obligations under SOPA too.
7. Do you offer ongoing support or retainers?
Yes, we offer monthly retainer packages where we become your dedicated commercial support for the project - handling everything from claims, variations, contract notices, direct communication with the Builder, dispute resolution and so on.

Yes, we provide professional, detailed estimates that help you price accurately, with confidence and present better than your competitors. We also manage clarifications and any changes so you stay on top of every opportunity.
9. What if I already have my own prices, can you still help?
Absolutely, we can vet your quote before submission, highlight any missing scope or risks and make sure your pricing holds up against the builder’s expectations.
10. How much do you charge for your services?
We have indicative pricing for all our services in our Services & Pricing page. As each service is custom tailored to the specific challenges and needs of the project, we are not able to provide a fixed price without first reviewing the project documents and drawings. 11. Do I need to understand the contract to work with you?
No, we’ll explain what your risks are in the Contract and help you make informed decisions before you sign or respond to anything.
